Supervised Independent Living
Our elderly care services are provided to eligible individuals in their home who demonstrate an inability or impairment to perform self-care activities such as dressing, grooming, general household task and other activities of daily living. Individuals must be 65 years of age or older, or be determined disabled according to criteria set forth in this waiver and meet Medicaid financial requirements.
